I found a couple of jigs on the internet for picture frame jigs and this is what I came up with.

Yes I know a scroll saw or band saw is the answer.

I thought before we ran out and bought a scroll saw we should see how much we would actually use one. So I came up with this little table for the Jigsaw to turn it into a cheap scroll saw, seems to work pretty well.

An update on this Pat hadn’t even seen it yet, when she calls me to tell me someone lent us a scroll saw :) . Aw well I already used the jigsaw table once and I’m sure we will use it again.
